Every year since 2014, my family and I have done the Easter Egg-stravaganza Hunt at Disneyland. Throughout the Disneyland Park, they hide 12 eggs of different Disney characters, and they give you locations to look for the egg. We take a picture every year, too, and it is really fun to look back at how we have changed through the years.
Here are my siblings and I in 2016. Little did we know that would be the last time Blake would be small enough to stand in front of us!
Here is the family in 2017. Little did we know here that Blake would get GIANT within the next year.
And here’s Blake and I in 2018. Connor couldn’t make it this time around due to work, but it blows my mind that I have to stand as tall as I can in order to be taller than my little 12 year old brother!
We had such a blast going through the park searching for the eggs, and while we were adventuring around, we realized that Spring has officially sprung! There were gorgeous flowers everywhere, the whole park is filled with color. I stopped about 10 times to take pictures everywhere. It was GORGEOUS!
Something I love about spring is that it is the season of rebirth and growth. Throughout the past few years I’ve grown more and more of an appreciation for spring, and I am absolutely in love with it. I love the colors and new plants and flowers growing, it almost makes me want to grow and be lighter and brighter along with it.
So, here’s to the beginning of Spring, and for many new opportunities to grow and become better!
