VENICE CANALS

I absolutely love living in California, and living so close to cute little corners like this! My mom and I were exploring Venice Beach today, and one of our destinations was the Venice Canal Historic District. You guys. This is a MUST for summer. It is a taste of Italy in California! It is so peaceful, and there are cute bridges and boats EVERYWHERE, not to mention there also are cute families of ducks are swimming with the current. Birds are chirping and the houses are breathtaking; this is a place that should be on everyone’s summer bucket list!

I wore my current favorite dress to the canals, which is from Shop Stevie. Her store is so amazing, she has the cutest dresses that are modest and comfortable! This dress just screams summer to me. I have been buying my dresses from one of my family friends, Renee, because she is a rep for Shop Stevie!

I am also wearing my favorite hat for summer, which is just a basic straw hat with a black band around it. (The link is to a similar hat.)

My shoes are from Forever 21, and I am absolutely in love with them. I have been looking for white sandals for a while, and when I saw these, they were exactly what I was looking for. Plus, you can never beat sandals for $16!!!
